I had a trip planned to Iceland where I'd be on a cruise ship for most of the time, but wanted something I could use while I was on land. I contacted customer service when I first received the device to ask whether I could activate part of my data to use in Iceland, but use part of it to test out the device and get it set up/linked to my phone while I was still in the States. Customer Service helped me get everything set up with my initial allotment as well as the free monthly allotment for use on my trip, which would only activate when I connected in Iceland. Everything worked flawlessly! I turned the device on as soon as I was on land in Iceland and kept it in my backpack. My phone connected seamlessly and I was able to use it for my entire trip. My friend was also able to connect so that she could use her phone as well whenever she was in range. We didn't use it for anything more data-intensive than messaging, scrolling and posting a few pictures to Facebook, and using navigation services, but had absolutely no issues whatsoever.

Hotspot works as expected. Battery life is great. Re-upping the data is a little clunky. It recharges in 'buckets' ; if you have 10GB it may recharge in 1GB or 2GB increments, but support can set this to occur automatically. Support replies to emails quick. Other than that the speed is good here in the USA at 4G LTE, usually over 100Mbps down and 20Mbps up. We have no trouble connecting 3 devices at a time. You can login to admin panel and change WiFi name, password, etc. Overall very happy for the price. Hopefully it keeps working for a few years.

The customer service is amazing. They’re very attentive and helpful. They’ve helped me very well and fast. I strongly recommend them.

I am really satisfied with my globlinker it helped a lot when we had a power outage due to severe weather a few months ago. And I like that it is accumulating data month after month. I am making plans to be more independent in the near future and having this is one less thing I will need to worry about. Also the customer service is amazing.

I did a lot of research before purchasing the Globlinker, and many reviews mentioned great customer service. I've now had mine for about 3 months or so, and whenever I have any questions, they respond so very quickly and are always extremely accommodating and helpful. I've been very pleased with my experience thus far! And the device works great too.

I made use of my starter prepaid 10GB during a 7 day trip to Park City, Utah in July. It worked great while hiking and traveling in the mountains. My kids were happy that they were connected while we were enjoying the outdoors.

Customer service is excellent and incredibly responsive. When I have traveled abroad and I need to switch my service over to a different country they are always quick to accommodate. I cannot recommend this company more!

There is a location that I go to in the mountains where the internet connection is spotty at best. I have Verizon Wireless. Some of my friends have AT&T and T-mobile. Their connections are available when mine is not. That’s the main reason I purchased Globlinker. Customer service has been quick to respond to any questions I have. I have no complaints so far.
