Booked flight yesterday for an emergency family situation. Paid extra for cancellation and reschedule option. Plans changed. I have to cancel but no one is responding to chats, emails or phone calls. Trying for almost 24 hours now. After a lengthy hold, I did speak to one person yesterday who stated someone would contact me with cancellation confirmation. No one ever did. Plus, it does not seem they ever booked the flights with airline. While the customer service # is in NJ, I received call back from a Nebraska #. Suspecting a scam at this point. Still hoping to get my money back. Update: My card has not been charged as of 3/21.

Globitude is a fraud company. Please do not engage them. They cheat people and don't provide the confirmation number or provides a boarding pass in the last minute and cancel the transaction. you will end up in the airport stranded. AVOID THESE PEOPLE

Globitude Travels did a great job planning my journey. The team was responsible and checked on us during the trip to make sure everything was okay. The hotels were clean, the driver was friendly, and the travel schedule was well-balanced. I felt safe and taken care of the whole time. Definitely worth recommending.
