My experience with Globalfy has been incredible from the very beginning. When I first contacted the Sales team, Phil Alves went far beyond a standard sales conversation, instead of simply trying to sell me the solution, he took the time to answer every single question I had, even consulting the company’s tax advisor on my behalf. He did all of this completely free of charge and in absolute good faith, which immediately gave me confidence in their professionalism.
The entire onboarding process is 100% transparent, and the dashboard is excellent, clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate. Using Globalfy’s direct link, I was able to open and had my Mercury account approved in under 10 minutes, which genuinely exceeded my expectations.
My account manager, Marina Cesar, has also been extremely attentive. She has assisted me with all my questions, always showing availability and personal care for my specific case. Even though I am a recent client, this initial phase of the relationship has been nothing short of spectacular.
