My glasses work fine. I bought two. I wanted the same frame for both, one tinted. They were only had one of the frame in stock, so I had to choose a different frame. I need a prism in my lenses, which they tell me costs extra. When I went through the website, it had no mention of a fee for this service. My second set took about 8 weeks to arrive and numerous eMail conversations. Overall, the glasses are perfect. My experience, not so good. I will be looking for a different supplier next time.

I ordered 4 pair of glasses. Loved 2 pair and still working on returning 2 pair. Having some issues with the return. Not as easy of a process as the website makes it sound. Lots of questions and a daunting process. Hope to have it taken care of soon.

The glasses came and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality for the price. The sunglasses that came give me headaches though. I just chalked it up to getting one pair for $130 since I can't use both. I consistently tried to get confirmation on my order. Promised emails never came. The order was postponed 2 times for supposedly missing information that was never asked for until I initiated confirmation on the order. The funds were withdrawn from PayPal, but the order was never verified. After 4 attempts online with the support person and phone, I finally filed a dispute with PayPal. I believe that prompted action. The website would be down at randoms times and the phone number would be busy all day. Wish I had a better review to give.
