When I purchased my Global Eyeglasses you had a special 2 for 1 deal going and I applied for that when I purchased my glasses. I'm satisfied with my glasses but only received one pair. Never got the second pair. It was false advertizing to offer customers 2 for 1 and not follow through.

Took over a month to recieve glasses. Glasses were top quality, but I have Recieved better service from other online glasses provider.

I don't understand what the difference is with the new glasses but I can see better with my old glasses that with the new ones.

More training of person/s performing customer service duties. I, e-mailed you 3 times to follow-up my item but did not get an answer. I have to call your office just to get an answer.

I have ordered from global eyeglasses before, so I needed some new prescription sunglasses and I received them and they are lopsided. I can't wear them because I need them for driving and everything is unbalanced. So I called them and they said that before I can return them they need pictures of them. So i sent the pictures and have not heard from them. I can't wear these glasses driving, I will get dizzy and crash!

Original frames said they would work with progressive lenses. Customer service contacted and told me to pick another. Picked another frame and they too did not conform to progressive. Very limited choices. Once glasses received there were scratches on the ear piece (my guess from pliers used to bend arm). Two days later the end of ear piece broke off.

It's been almost 2 weeks beyond when my expected delivery date was. Still no glasses... Kinda need them...

i first have to honestly say that my discrepencies were solved in the end, but they were significant enough to be mentioned in a review. i ordered glasses and recieved them 8 days later, but they had ink stains all over them so i had to send them back. trying to get ahold of the office was almost impossible, it took me a week. i would be on hold for 40 mins and then the call would just disconnect. this happened about 4 different times. then when i finally talked to someone the company's phone wasnt working so i tried calling multiple times on different phones and it was the same problem where the persons voice cut in and out. finally i got the proper paperwork, and after they recieved the glasses back it took 3 weeks to process and make new glasses. not a big deal, except when they never came. i checked the tracking number and the glasses were never recieved by the post office. i emailed several times and was told different things everytime. its wrong to tell someone that they will recieve something within 1 day that hasnt even been shipped. it took 2 months after me sending them back and them making the glasses just for me to get the glasses, but the worst part about the whole thing was trying to email and not getting any response sometimes, and being told so many different things that weren't true. in the end they gave me 10% back(or so they say, i havent seen it yet) and an apology. so it took a total of 3 months and a huge hassel, so it just wasnt worth it.
