my glasses took over a month to recieve. i live in texas. they never told me that my Rx didn't upload two weeks after ordering. i only found out because i called to check status. once that was fixed it took over 2 weeks for me to recieve them. the glasses are great, just wish I didn't have to wait a month! note: my first order with them went much smoother and quicker.

I am a first time buyer so I did not know what to expect with mail order glasses. When they arrived and I saw the glasses and tried them on I was very happy with the correction and the fit. Even got a case with cleaning cloth. My only complaint was the glasses were ordered on 5/21 and I did not get them until 6/5. For some reason there was almost a week delay in shipping them. This was a bit frustrating seeing as my credit card was charged even though the glasses did not ship for a week. I would recommend Global Eyeglasses even though I had a shipping issue.

It is now late June 2012. I ordered glasses in March. The came, they were wrong. Global apologized. I sent them back and ordered a new pair. When they arrived, they were also wrong. Same problem as the first: wrong PD and wrong left lens. I sent them back too. Got a refund, which was good. Then I got a complimentary pair, which was very gracious and these, thank goodness, are correct. But it took several months and countless emails to finally get a pair that I can wear. If everyone was in one central location then it would make things easier, but the reps are all over the globe and I have no idea where the glasses originate. They seem like nice and well-meaning people, but I will not order from them again.

3 weeks from order I received my glasses

Very confusing to reach someone and get answers. My glasses broke and I returned them, they repaired them for an additional cost for polycarbon lens, the frame arm broke and I returned them, they charged me $39 for a new frame. I now have my glasses and pray they stay in one piece.

Takes a long time to process orders and when glasses are received they are not correct. This has happened on two seperate orders to date.
