It took more than a week to actually ship my order, then when it actually "shipped" I come to find - a week later - that the package was either lost or never shipped to begin with. Just terrible. If I can't receive this item before I leave for vacation Thursday, I'm going to request a refund and make sure that no one I know EVER does business with this company again.

To long to Deliver. It took most 3 1/2 weeks form day of order. Who wants to wait that long.

I had a great deal of issue from first order to getting my glasses. There were multiple service breakdowns: 1. Order status sat as incomplete for weeks - I thought you were just making my glasses.....finally I opened a ticket and found out that my prescription did not take online. 2. They took my prescription after a few days. 3. A week later I was told the glasses I picked wouldn't work for sunglasses. 4. Then I received multiple emails from multiple people - all with different questions and different answers. All of which I answered. 5. All of the sudden a week later or more later - I get this spontaneous email that my order was cancelled?!?!?! 6. I placed a new order and it was processed promptly and I got the glasses within 3 weeks.... All in all - HUGE breakdowns in service. I love your concept and your prices - but you have some huge service issues that will proclude me from ordering again or recommending your site/service.

I received notification that they shipped on the 14th. It's been 10 days now and the tracking number says they're still in New York. Hope to receive before the end of the summer (only two months to go!) Called them about the tracking information and the rep couldn't figure it out.

My order with single vision lenses (and cute frames - bronze package), was 1 or 2 weeks late. This did not bother me as much as I emailed customer service and they were very courteous and got right back to me. However, like some of the other customers whose reviews I read, I got glasses with inadequate frames- they were bent. The prescription appeared to be correct, but I had trouble telling this for sure, due to the fact that they distorted my vision (probably due to being bent, but the lenses might have been uneven. Again, I do not want to give inaccurate information, and could not be sure). Bottom line, the glasses gave me a head ache and were not wearable for me as a result. This company may have potential, and has a good selection, but quality control seems to be inadequate.

but when my glasses arrived they were missing rhinestones and obviously super glued over the bolt that was used that was too big, way bigger than the 3 other bolts right next to it. Not only was my order late, the products were sub par. They have great photos and awesome promises but they don't deliver.
