I was surprised at how good these glasses are for the money, less than 1/3 what they would have cost at a regular store - I have a very difficult progressive prescription. I did have some frustration trying to use the customer service phone number, then gave up and used email instead. I would definitely recommend this company.

I have purchased 5 pairs of glasses from Globaleyeglasses.com over the years. I have a complex prescription and they do a great job of giving me what I need at a price that local optometrists (including Costco) can't even think of matching! I never had a problem until my last order when one of the lenses had an optical defect and needed to be replaced. The punch line is that the return process was easy and I ended up getting exactly what I wanted. The problem is that it took almost 5 weeks to get to this point and communications along the way was not great. If I am honest, I was frustrated in the middle of the process, but at the end of the day I got exactly what I wanted, for probably 80% less... So I am willing to put up with a little frustration along the way. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I'm very happy with Global Eyeglasses. I send them my prescription, they promptly send it back to me in the lenses I choose. The cost is very economical compared to purchasing the frames from an optician. The glasses arrive well packaged and in good condition. The only drawback is that the frames are generally more fragile than the (much) more expensive ones I've gotten from local places in the past. I'm satisfied, however, and will continue to order from them.

Could improve on delivery time. My queries always replied very politely..but without any committment on delivery.

My shopping experience was great, but I still don't have my glasses. It seems to have taken a long time since the order was complete to have received my order. So far that is my one and only complaint. I don't really understand the process I guess,you would think the order would go out the same day the glasses are complete.

I've purchased many pairs of eyeglasses online for myself and my children (from 39dollarglasses.com) and I've always had my glasses in less than a week. It took nearly 2 weeks for these to arrive and it's nearly 1/2 the distance. That being said, I am very happy with the quality of product, the variety offered, as well as the price I paid. So, apart from the SLOW service, I'm pleased.
