Is the a conversion tale to inches? Took a little longer than normal to receive product!

The frames were the wrong color, and the tinting wasn't dark enough on the sunglasses I bought, but I had no problems getting a return authorization for the glasses.

I probably will not request an RMA, because the glasses are very nice, and I cannot blame Global. The frames are a very very bright gold, brighter than they appear online. I don't wear gold, and I don't know why I chose the gold frame, but there it is. I don't think I'll buy another pair online...I need to try them on, obviously. The quality is good, they prescription is right on, delivery time was a little slow, but OK.

I received my glasses 6 weeks after placing an order. To me this is unacceptable. When you can order from a local eyeglass place, glasses are available less than a week. I would probably never order again, however the glasses I received are high quality and are perfect for my vision. I wish shipping time didn't take so long

Cant see out of one side now sure they got the prescription right, and they also took three Weeks to get to my house, slow shipping

ist off these are the wrong prescription it seems their are lines i get progressive and they are NVF please look at my prescription again, then after quite a few e mails on the sunglasses i ordered you suggested the dark grey tint so i was charged an extra $5.o00 for that and again many e mails back and forth on this and what do i get?????? are you ready for it? the light grey tint, you must be joking please read all the e mails for this , so now again i have no glasses. Wrong prescription on all 3 and the sunglasses need to be dark grey not light grey. i am now requesting a free label from you to return these. and then when i get my full credit i will re order again and hopefully for the last time for now. i am also waiting on a credit from a long time ago that i am sending you separately. I have been doing business with you for a long time and please help me get this correct. i also don't understand why the glasses fit loosely? they can fall off if i put my head down please reply on this also. i need a reply on this whole e mail so plz send me the free label so you pay for the shipping this time and i will send them right back i already have it packed and ready to go , thanks you and a good day to you

happy with the second pair I ordered but the first one took for ever to get the refund code. Then I signed up to get $10 off my next order and they only gave me $5 off. I don't know if I will be back right now If I look at it I am out $15 of my money that I could have used for another pair of glasses. $5 in first shipping the product(witch they missed up the perscription) $5 to return the product that they messed up and $5 that was only given to me in a coupon but said it would be $10...

I have ordered from multiple discount eye glass dealers before. This is the second time I have ordered from here. The first time was great, fast shipping, and no problems with the glasses at all. This time around i ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses. When I wear them and look at the ground it appears as if the ground is raised and it makes me trip. Looking through them distorts everything. I am not sure what happened with my prescription this time around, but it was definitely a waste of 25.00 because I can not use them now.
