The whole process takes to long

The ordering process was good and delivery as expected, but the execution was totally wrong. The view with the glasses on was worse than without glasses. The Company failed miserably. I will be testign their return policy now. If it goes smoothyl I might use them again after some assurance regarding the failure of the first order.

Waited 3 weeks for the order, came with prescription wrong and upon doing as requested, no response to e-mail, then the next day, call service line and get no where. I like the frame, paid for pretty much all the upgrades and still waiting to see what Global is gonna do to keep a customer.

It took almost a month for the glasses I ordered from Global Eyeglasses to arrive. Because I only wear my new glasses for driving at night (following Lasik surgery), I only discovered the faint scratches covering one lens after wearing them for the fourth time, since the scratches were only visible in certain lighting. When I emailed (twice) asking for a return authorization, I was ignored for a week. I tried the online chat, and got curt responses from the customer service person, who at first refused to authorize a return, since the 30 day return period was up. Eventually, s(he) agreed to order new lenses if I paid the shipping. After 2 weeks, I still haven't received the lenses.

I called you today July 20th and the girl said my order had been shipped and returned to your lab as not deliverable. She repeated the address where the glasses were sent and it was my correct address. What happened? She said she would try to get the package resent today. July 20th. Very disappointing service!!!

It took a month to get an order from here, that is not acceptable. "Customer service" never responds, so what is the point of having the ticketing system?? I had to live 3 replies for someone thought to respond to me. The time frame I had to wait makes me what to shop elsewhere in the future. The product is fine but the other cons outweigh that.

I received a pair of prescription sunglasses which obviously were wrong as I could hardly see out of them. The prescription was off by a mile. So I contacted Global Eyeglasses over and over to initiate a return and refund. They ignored every email I sent. Finally I decided to let it go since the glasses only cost $20-something. But I'd think twice before buying from this company for sure.
