I placed my order in June. In two weeks, I received a package. One pair had a defect. It took me almost a month to negotiate exchange, and another month and a half to get my glasses. My emails were answered in two or three days. I would not recommend this service to anybody who needs glasses soon.

I received sunglasses with prescription, but there was too much glue on the frame so returned it and asked for another one for replacement. It took me three months to resolve and still haven't got my glasses yet. They gave the tracking number but don't see that it is enroute.

It has been over three weeks and my sunglasses haven't arrived yet. The cheap shipping allows them to work this slow as requesting a shipping refund for slow service wouldn't even matter much to them nor me. I want to give ONE STAR for their slow service, but I have yet to see the questionable quality of their product. But TWO STARS for their SLOW SERVICE.

I ordered my glasses July 20th. Apparently it's the policy not to bill the card until the glasses ship (who does that?) but that's besides the point. Around two weeks after my order, my glasses were ready to be shipped out. There was a delay of two days in my payment (I thought the money was already gone) so I called and left my CC info with customer support management. This was on a Friday. The next Monday, there was no change in my order status, nor was my card charged. I contacted CS again and on Tuesday, my card was billed but there was no change in order status. Finally, after talking with customer service again, my order status changed (this was on Friday.) Despite the order status changing and CS promising that they would be shipped on that Friday, the order status again didn't change until the next Monday. Finally, after one more talk with customer service, I received my glasses (at this point i don't remember if it was tuesday or wednesday but it had been an entire month since my order was placed.) The sunglasses are great, however. Would I order from Global Eyeglasses again? No, for the $60 I paid for my sunglasses I would much rather go to coastal.com and get my order in a week (from order to me receiving the shipment.)

The lenses on my sunglasses are much much thicker than I expected. I'm comparing them to the regular glasses I have with the same prescription. So I see no reason to have upgraded to the higher lens package. The frames are also a little larger than I pictured using your simulator, but not too far off. I'll just be using these glasses as a backup primarily.

I have not yet received my glasses yet.

Sorry but i cannot comment about the quality of your glasses, since i NEVER got them, Its been 4 weeks now. And no replies for messages sent, except a bot message. Credit card charged. Lost money , time and no glasses. Want better glasses and QUICK service , go somewhere else.

slow in processing....ordering site confusing....thought I was getting something different. Don't need what I got and I'm out over a 123.00 dollars
