My order got stuck in "processing." I wrote customer service several times, given excuses. Called customer service, he promised that the order would be "expedited," plus they would provide expedited shipping at no extra charge. Order was shipped a few days later. Must have shipped via slow mule (actually USPS 1st Class), hardly expedited! Still do not have my glasses, were ordered four weeks ago! Seems odd getting a e-mail asking for a service rating before I recieved my glasses!

I ordered glasses on sept 26, the order was listed as complete with a tracking number on oct 2, however when you click the tracking number it says that no information is available and USPS just basically states that they were notified to expect the package but does not confirm whether or not they received the package. Today is oct 11 and I still have not relieved my package though I was charged for it. I have called the company twice and they cannot confirm whether the package actually shipped. Or why there is no tracking update for it. And if it didnt ship, they still cant tell me why. They Promised a response back within 24hrs- never happened. So at this point though I do need the package, I just want a full refund.

I placed an order with this company and have not received the glasses. I contacted customer service twice and basically was given excuses. When you state the glasses will be ship in 12-14 days it should be shipped during that time. I checked the tracking status a couple days later only to find that there was no checkin but the product was supposedly shipped a week and a half ago.

I ordered Rx SunGlasses an I got them shipped to my house. When I opened them, the glasses where so cheap that one arm broke. Cheap plastic....

Ordering glasses from globaleyeglasses.com has literally been the worst purchasing decision that I have ever made- from FALSE information provided on the website, to dealing with customer service, to NEVER even receiving my order. From what I have experienced, I hope no one ever purchases anything from the company ever again, and if you choose to, know that you'll never receive your order. My first problems with the company came through a shipping discrepancy. I'm a traveling professional, so delivery times are important to me. I checked the website thoroughly before deciding to make a purchase. I've ordered from other online companies before and have never had any problems. I noticed a discrepancy between the website and my order confirmation and brought it to the company's attention IMMEDIATELY after receiving my order confirmation. Customer service never even listened or cared about my concern for my order or the integrity of a company that lies to its customers. Customer service never answered my requests via email, nor did I ever get a phone call back after leaving multiple messages. Most importantly, I ordered glasses and NEVER RECEIVED THEM! I asked for a refund and NEVER received that. So now not only does globaleyeglasses.com lie to its customers, but the company also steals their money. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.

My new glasses I have had for not even a week and my right lens is now missing and do not know where it is it fell out last night , cant find it. I am verry disapointed

FIVE REASONS I WOULD NEVER DO BUISNESS WITH YOU AGAIN. 1. It took two months to get my order 2. You took so long I had to reautorize my credit card. 3. You have a BBB rating of "F" (does that embarras you at all?) 4. When I did get someone on the phone they said "We would be glad to just cancel the order" Obviously you dump less lucarative orders and go after "low hanging fruit." 5. Most of the time I would call I would hear "Hotel California" (I used to love that song) and after about twenty minuites of telling me I was the next person in line I would get a recording saying the person I was calling couldn't be reached.
