I am a frequent customer of the site and I always get frustrated with the ordering process. There are many issues with your site and the orders simply do not flow smoothly. Just one example is how a model is available at ordering and then not available at the last step of check-out, leading to considerable wasted time. That is not the only web related issue though. Your live help is well, helpless. All she does is reiterate the obvious without presenting solutions or alternatives. Have problem with an order? Well, call customer service. This is not working...well, call this number. Get rid of it and save money. Would I order from your company again? Probably. I may try an alternative but you do deliver a good product for the right price. You asked, I told you. Regards Ray Lorenzo

The glasses are OK, not really what I wanted but it's hard to tell what they will look like till you get them. The order took longer to fulfill than advertised but I understand they had to make the lenses again due to a QC issue. I would use them again but not for glasses I needed quickly as it took a month and a half for my glasses to arrive from the date of my order.

In the end, I was really happy with the product for the price. However, I'm still confused by the billing process. I had originally requested a pair of sunglasses with prism; the price I was given was around $25. I entered my credit card information and was not charged. Then I got a bill for an additional $20 or so for the prism, which pissed me off. So I responded to take the prism out or cancel the order (I just barely need a prism, and these are sunglasses, so it's not like I'll be wearing them all the time). Eventually, I was only charged the $25 (it took so long to iron this out that my credit card expired and I had to enter new information), and got my sunglasses, which I really love. So if I were to make a suggestion for improvement, it would be for transparency in terms of pricing. As for product, it's a lot less expensive than I could have gotten at an optician, and pretty good quality. I'd order again if I could avoid the craziness with the billing.

I'm happy with the glasses and the price was great. Only downside was that they took longer than I was anticipating. Upside is that customer service was excellent.

The glasses I ordered took a bit of time to arrive, but when they did, I was pleased. Customer service was helpful. I would order again.

I truely love the prescription sun glasses I received but was very disappointed in the fact that my prescription was made wrong. Customer service was very nice and understanding and got back to me the next day. When I called in to ask why my pupillary distance was off by 14 mm they said that the style I chose did not allow my pupillary distance to be made correctly. Why was this not part of the information prior to ordering? Why didn't someone call or email to inform me? What a waste of someone's time and resources if they knew it couldn't be made correctly the first time!

Im very happy with my purchase, however, I think more than 4 weeks is a bit much to wait.....especially if you really need your glasses.....I will order again.

So I was looking for a specific kind of frame and GlobalEyeglasses had it the cheapest even with my prescription, so they get a lot of points for their selection but docked off for the amount of time it took. I ordered July 15 and Received AUG 10. 3 and a half weeks is way too long especially when they say 7 to 10 days. AND when I email Support to ask they dont HELP AT ALL!!! So if your looking for a wide selection at a low price and have ALOT of patience then this is the best site for you! Im warning you prepare yourself for the wait..
