I love the prices and selection that Global Eyeglasses offer but the processing time is ridiculous! It does not take that long to make glasses!!!

You are correct. I have not redeived myh glasses as of to-day. What is more important is the fact the I cannot track these glasses other than they were sent from India, and are still at Heathrow Airort in London. Is this the case? When can I expect them to be delivered?

I ordered 2 pair, where is the 2nd. I received the 1st one a week ago. Please contact me.

The glasses I bought were a great price, look great (as expected), and fit well. That's the good. The bad was the lack of updates regarding the order status. It took just shy of 6 weeks to get my glasses. That's way too long, but I wouldn't have been as upset about that if they had sent regular e-mails updating me as to the status. If I could have followed the process, it would have taken the wonder out of it. I called the customer service number and was put on hold for about 20 minutes ("your the next caller in line") only to be disconnected from the call. The online customer service was very prompt, but really couldn't help me figure out what was going on with my order. "It's in our shipping department and I don't have information on them". Not a great help. Again, all I needed was regular updates as to the status of my order through the whole process.

Prices are great, product selection is also quite impessive, the only problem is getting the product to the customer. Either they move slow at the lab or sent it to you by camel. Your delivery time after ordering is gonna be the straw that is gonna break your camels back. Many other companys with the same type of product and quality have much, much quicker shipping times. I know because I had to order another pair from one of those companies and they got my glasses to me before you did. Even though i placed my order after yours.

It has been over a month since I placed my order and my order is still incomplete. I ordered my glasses with no problem; the website is very easy. A few days latter I checked back to see what the status was and it was delayed with no explanation on the website account nor did I receive an email so I had to call to find out what was going on (I hate calling!). Apparently they did not get my prescription so I had to send it again. Fine, I sent it. So it took them about 11 days to ship the glasses. When I received the shipment I noticed one pair was missing, so I had to call again. Apparently the payment did not go through because in the time span my bank had cancelled my card due to some kind of fraud attempt from an unknown so they did not have an updated payment method (this was my fault) but they never contacted me to let me know that they had a problem with my payment, so I could've just kept a free pair of glasses but I am honest and wanted my 2nd pair. So I call them again make the payment and now I'm getting my 2nd pair of glasses, over a month later. The products are good, very satisfied in that respect but they seem to be very disorganized and need to improve their follow up on orders and communication.

Shopping, selecting, and purchasing was very simple. I received the glasses in a timely manner. The glasses arrived and I was VERY disappointed by the quality and look of the glasses. They look nothing like the picture and they are not straight on my face!! Terrible!! I will never purchase from this business again!

So, I personally don't like the glasses that I received. However, that isn't Global's fault. They offered a decent selection at a cheaper price; they sent me glasses with the correct alignment of lenses... and it's not their fault the glasses turned out differently than I hoped. I did order two glasses at the same time, one from here and one from another site. I received the other glasses a full week before I received these... and the case they provided was much nicer. But I did receive the product, and it was what I ordered... so I can't fault them that much.
