Dear Global, I am 72 years old and over my life time I have made buying blunders and I consider this purchase as one of them. It's not your fault. It's mine. What could I expect for $117.00 when the least expensive glasses I could buy here in the US would be over $200. I had been warned, but I made an on-line purchase anyway. I'm sure your service will provide someone a "found deal" but not in my circumstance. Sorry, I wish I could have been more supportive. Jerry Davis

The first time I ordered from Global Eyeglasses I had a good experience because I knew exactly which frames I wanted because I had seen them at Shopko Optical. But I won't order from Global Eyeglasses again. I ordered a pair of rimless glasses and they were of such poor quality that the frame broke away from the lens the first time I used them. A waste of money.

They are very poor quality frames and a gluelike substance on the lenses. Will not order from them again.

First time ordering glasses online was a big mistake. First the frame was way too small for an average size face like mine. Secondly their choice of an off shore helpline was just the worst example of companies trying to save money and taking jobs away from our shore. The company needs to reconsider the trade off of saving a few bucks and frustrating their customers as opposed to using US citiizens for this service. I could not understand what they were saying half the time or they just talked too fast for me to comprend. I'm still waiting for my refund.

Took forever to get glasses ! Had called twice about holdup, was told would get email in 24 hrs. Didnt happen.Came with cracked bow. Emailed about bow, no awnser.Returning glasses for refund !

I can see with them OK, but the right lens keeps falling out and they took several weeks to get. Wouldn't use again.

When I fist placed my order I ordered black prescription sunglasses and a pair of normal glasses. I received only one pair of glasses and it was purple with white stripes sunglasses instead of the black ones. Shipping was awful and took forever. I am still waiting on my normal glasses to arrive ug. I called about the sunglasses mistake and when I finally reached someone he said he would rush the black ones to fix my order. I am still waiting to see what happens now. I do not recommend ordering from here if you need glasses in less than two weeks.

several phone calls to customer service ended without actually speaking to a person. efforts to return the product require a phone call to customer service - where you never actually get to speak to a person. will not use this vendor again.
