GLOBAL EYEGLASSESReviews of globaleyeglasses.com

The glasses I ordered were the Zac Masons advertized as having a 50mm wide by 43mm height lens. After a excessive shipping delay 9 days after the tracking number was posted,I received the pair of glasses the lens size is 50mm Wide by 49mm Height-NOT AS DESCRIBED!!!...I recommend avoiding this slipshod company and buying some place else like Zenni Optical as I have had positive results with them three times in the past.....No Thank You ,Global Optical..Not reccommended.

I suggest never buy anything from them. First of all, it takes forever the the purchased item to reach you. Secondly, and most important the product look so cheap and uncomfortable. I bought a glass from them and I haven't used it. Its just sitting uselessly .... complete waste of money. I will have to spend again to buy another pair of glass. : ( Reviews on their page are fake, they are always same.

I ordered prescription sunglasses. Sent the prescription via email, I was asked to confirm my prescription (reading glasses) and then received confirmation it was sent to the lab. When my glasses arrive I was stunned that there was no prescription ! They were just regular sunglasses.... I couldn't believe it. I emailed back and never got any response.. I won't purchase again and definately recommend them.

Recently purchased a progress pair - what I got was two thick cheap glasses glued together on a cheap frame. The glasses were crafted (borrowed from the other outfit) in some back street in India. The worst part is that this outfit refuses to respond to your e-mails and calls after the sale is done. They will bend backwards to get you to buy with all the false promises online (30-day money back etc.). I also sent a message to a guy by name Arjun Sagar who is apparently CEO - NO response. My guess is that all the five star reviews are done by a few hired guys in India to pump up the ratings.

I ordered glasses on the Jan. 5 and this is Feb 4, 2013 and no glasses and no correspondence as to the status of my order. Poor customer service.

You sent me the wrong glasses both times I ordered them. Second time I placed a stop payment of the charge slip. I even faxed a copy of my prescription and called to verify that I would get the correct glasses. Terrible customer service could not answer questions sent me an email saying they would make me a new pair for x dollar amount.. This was their mistake not mind. I sent the glasses back us postage the same way they were shipped to me. I asked to get emailed from a manager and never received such email. If the glasses were not ordered correctly that should have been corrected when I sent the prescription and spoke to the agent . That would have been the correct time for a correct time for an adjust in cost or what ever should have been done at that time. I have told everyone I know not to order from your company twice is enough your not that cheap and you have no ideal what your doing. So I did spread the word.....Still waiting for that response.

Major language barrier, promises never kept, unable to produce glasses as an exact repeat of the last pair, long email exchanges about whether I would wear the glasses over my contacts, etc. Ultimately sent the Rx to another internet company EyeBuyDirect.com, and had my reading glasses in 8 days, perfect. Pass on Global.

way way way slow with shipping the glasses to us and both pair are wrong and I have written them about it and it has been well over a week and I have heard nothing about it. I would NOT recommend you go here. thanks Linda
