Bought two pair of glasses. One pair is a half rim pair, that I love. The other pair are sunglasses which I hate. The design of the sunglasses, is the worst I've ever had. WORST. There is a separate lens with the prescription, that snaps into the nose of the glasses. The prescription lens isn't wide enough and the wind shield lens isn't dark enough. Also, there is a blurry spot in either the prescription or the wind shield that's unnoticed until you put them together. Would not buy this style ever again. I had a pair of sunglasses that I bought a few years back from global that broke. unfortunately Global doesn't carry that style frame anymore. If they did, I would have purchased another pair, as those were the best I ever had. EVER.

I purchased two set of glasses from global eyeglasses on the same order recieving the second pair at a discount, to my disappointment the first pair of glasses was delivered 9 days after the order and came in a box with a cloth and a case yet whoever packaged the glasses either didnt put the glasses in the case or didnt close the case properly after putting the glasses in, because my first pair arrived with minor scratches on the lens due to not being in their case, after waiting another day and not recieving my other pair i called USPS with the tracking number they told me they had not picked up this order and the tracking# i provided was just a number generated by global eyeglasses to inform me that the order has be completed. So i called globaleyeglasses and informed them of the situation with the first set of glasses and that i hadnt recieved the 2nd pair. The CSR inform me she would locate the 2nd pair and have them to me in 1 day and she would talk to accounting to get a rebate for the first pair. The second pair did arrive the next day. Amazingly the glasses were wrapped in the cloth and in the case and they even bubble wrapped the case, which i thought would happen with the first being that you are dealing with glasses. All in all i paid just over $80 for 2 pairs of glasses, with one pair arriving in perfect condition and the other so-so.

I have bought many glasses through Global Eyeglasses. I have liked the glasses and the price, but the time I had to wait for delivery (which is much longer than what I was told - yet again from customer service). This time when I ordered I asked how long it would take to get them, and it took again much longer than what I was told. Customer service and shipping are a big issue with this company. Why they shipped four pair of glasses in 4 different boxes taking over three weeks to arrive is not adequate customer service at this day and age! I live in the SAME state as the company and to take over three weeks get her is inexcusable.

Prices are unbeatable. but you have to consider the quality which is not that high. ans also description in the website is not accurate as well. i.e. the sizes and also style which is not obvious at all from the pictures. on the other side the good point is their easy return policy (although you're paying for the return postage)

My first order was for myself and no problems whatsoever - I highly recommended Globaleyeglasses to all my family and friends. The second order I placed was for my boyfriend (same address) and everything went smoothly until his glasses came and he cannot even see out of them! They didn't email me to get a copy of his prescription as they did the first time with my order, so I assume his glasses are the prescription of the glasses I ordered previously, even though they are mens glasses and clearly state they are for him. I'm not sure what I am going to do at this point.

The frames were supposed to be dark brown but, they were more like a light brown color. The part of the frame that's already pre-bended to curl around the ear needs to be bent down more so they don't slide off my face.

The fact that the website does not work well with the latest IE browser is pretty odd -when checking the frame dimensions on the right side, the info doesn't display - I have to utilize Chrome in order to see the data. Also, the fact that you may change lens sizes (H&W) with rimless frames should be well publicized.

My glasses arrived and the prescription seems right but the frames are bent out of shape and I can't seem to get them to sit straight on my nose - they angle to one side. You really need to flag the quality frames. I didn't know I was buying such low quality frames although since they are cheap I knew I wasn't ordering Versace.
