Fames are very nice and fit well but the prescription is not correct. Can't read with them, everything is blurry. Need to know if you will re-do them.

Dear Carol, After going through your order I acknowledged that the vision selected was Distance, and not Reading. Therefore the glasses were processed in the Distance vision. If you wish we will remake the glasses in Reading vision. Thank you!

I bought two pair from Global and they were fine. The third pair that I purchased were wrong and so I returned them. It's February 10th and they received my return via UPS on December 27th. No refund yet. I wrote the CEO two weeks before sending this with no response. They say no questions asked, they should also say no refund. I just lost $175. From their website..... The first time I order glasses from them there was no problem except it took over three week to get. The second time was a disaster. The eye glasses I order dont seem to be the correct lenses, there is just something wrong with them when I put them on. The sunglasses were two different tints, so I sent them back and still waiting for the new lenses. I placed this order over 5 weeks ago and still waiting...

The coupons that they send out constantly only apply to the cost of the frame -- which is a tiny fraction of the whole price. So a "BOGO" coupon sounds like a tremendous deal, but it turns out to be only a small discount. Dishonest.

within the time i ordered my last pair i had two pair sent to me from different companies. It's quite pathetic the length of time you have to wait. Coastal and Zenni are way better and zenni is quite cheaper with a wider variety. they dont try to make up for it with odd holiday deals.

i bought a pair of glasses - the turn around was acceptable, but they just broke after having them for 2 weeks. One off the pins broke off where the arm meets the lens. I will try to get these repaired. I'll amend this when I get some response from them.
