I ordered my first pair of progressive glasses. I loved the frames I picked out that stated they were compatible with progressives. I was a bit confused when ordering as it asked me if my lenses were for reading or distance. I selected reading thinking the prescription would be self explanatory. When I tried on my glasses they were reading glasses and reading only. I checked the website again, which still stated the frames were compatible with progressives. I selected a random frame and went through the ordering process to discover this set of frames had the option for progressive along with reading or distance. Frames should not state they are compatible with progressive lenses if they are not. I had to pay duty on my glasses and then the return shipping so am now on $30, and I have nothing to show for it.

I bought some glasses there a few weeks ago because they are so cheap. As expected processing took a few days. But then 6-7 days went by with no tracking code. It said it was shipped though. Then about 16 days after I ordered they showed up without notice. Customer service didn't help and I had no idea where my product was.

My first purchase from Global. The sunglasses are excellent with heavier lenses than I will buy after the first experience. The clear lens glasses are not ideal vision. My eyes always have to adjust to this pair. I am a man of many glasses, and this pair is not exactly right. I will return as a customer. I have been a long time Zenni customer. I prefer your selection. Construction quality is more rugged than Zenni. Prices are higher.

The quality of glasses not so much. One of my lenses are slightly loose.

My lenses perscription has two numbers for PD, one for each eye. The numbers are OD: 28.5 and OS: 29.5. Your internet site did not allow me to enter these numbers. For PD there was a dropdown box that gave three options, none of those options were my perscription. I tried to enter them in an optional box but don't know if it was accepted. Now I have glasses that I have to tilt my head down to get the distance vision in the correct place. For this reason I probably won't be wearing them much and so it's a waste for me to have purchased the glasses. On the positive side I got my glasses very quickly. They fit my head well and look like the image on the internet site.

Delivery took longer than I anticipated. The price is a little high. The glasses are excellent.

The price was great; the prescription lenses were prepared properly, however, there were a few issues; didn't receive an email notification of shipment as promised at time of order; had to call to get tracking number; when I received the order I found one of the nose pieces in the bottom of the case with a small screw. Did the repair myself rather than returning item.
