If you read my previous review you will note the problems I had with this company. Since, Global Eyeglasses has gone above and beyond to make me happy. They replaced the entire set free of charge, with no hassle for me to deal with. Good job standing behind your product! Knowing this, I will certainly purchase again soon.

Placed order on April 26. Received glasses May 16. Otherwise the glasses are OK.

Good parts: The site is very easy to use, the payment is reliable, the price is excellent. The frame is nice and comfortable. Bad parts: There was an error in the recipe I realized before the lenses are made​​, if I was not aware, revenue would have been used incorrectly. The anti-reflection layer of the lens is almost nonexistent.

There was a delay in my order however I always go quick replys from the help desk.

Good service. I entered my prescription wrong and I was able to contact them & fix the problem in a very short time. Follow up was very good.

If you're tired of playing hundreds of dollars for glasses, try Global. I usually spend at least $300.00 for a pair at my local discount glasses store. And, I'm hard on glasses (step on them, lose them, etc.). That gets expensive. A girlfriend told me about Global, so I thought I give it a try. The hardest part was choosing a pair for my face, so chose a face shape like mine and started searching through the hundreds of styles. What a selection! Spotted some red, sporty ones, tried them on the face shape and knew I had a winner. Put in my prescription numbers and sent off my order. Customer service emailed me to tell me I needed to find out my PD (pupil distance). Went to the optician and got that, they should write it on the prescription, but he hadn't. So emailed that and was all set. Now, my only complaint. It took a long time. Global emailed me to say they were shipped on the 7th. 12 days later they still hadn't arrived. I chatted with customer service and they told me that they had just shipped that day. They finally came 3 days later. I think there was some kind of glitch, but next time I order I will allow plenty of time. That's the reason I only gave Global 4 stars, but I am so pleased with the quality and look of my new glasses. Have receive so many compliments, and when I tell them how much I paid ($98.00) they are amazed and said they were going to try Global for their next pair.

Nice selection of frames, easy order entry, good price.

I was so happy with my first pair of glasses from Global Eyeglasses that I returned to buy a second pair. With my prescription on file, it was easy. My husband was not too sure about buying glasses online until he saw mine. Now he has a back-up pair of glasses from Global Eyeglasses and his prescription is also on file. The price is right: glasses from my optometrist were going to cost $500 and the progressive ones I got instead from Global Eyeglasses were $137. My backup pair, without progressive lenses, and just for driving, cost $19 and they're great. The processing and shipping were slower than I hoped for, but it was worth the wait.
