I received the glasses after 3weeks after I've placed the order which is about 1 week longer than its competitors. I also received a pair of glasses with one reading glass on one eye and a distance glass on the other. The company said I made the mistake of entering in the wrong prescription on the website and charged me $5.95 to ship me the right lens. It'll likely be another month before I receive that lens. Other online stores I've ordered from in the past has called me within days of order to verify the prescription when the prescription seems odd(like when you order a pair of glasses with one reading glass and one distance glass on the other). This company has the 'blame-the-customer-first" policy. I believe I entered in the right prescription as I've double checked it before submitting, but that's always hard to prove. Order at your own risk when dealing with this company.

I placed an order on 6/9/12 for basic single vision distance glasses. By 6/25/12 the order status was still incomplete. Once I inquired about my order, recieved a response a few days later that they were sorry and would put a rush on it and proceeded to ask me to pay again becuase my payment expired. Order FINALLY shipped on 7/24/12!! I ordered the exact same prescription glasses from a competitiors website on 6/25/12 and recieved in within a week, by 7/2/12! The wait time is the number one reason I will never order from Global Eyeglasses again. Extremely disappointed.

The glasses are OK the case was cheap customer service was less then good and it took way to long to arrive.

I had ordered a pair of glasses and they broke. I asked them for a screw to fix it but they wouldn't send me and asked that I send them the glasses back, which I did. They claim they never got it. So that's $175 gone. all my calls went nowhere until I gave a negative rating and they offered me a replacement pair of glasses. I ordered the new pair, and they charged me full price, despite enclosing the note that it should be free. The glasses didn't ship, and when I finally got a hold of them, they realized that it was stuck on someone's desk or something. I told them not to ship it to the address I originally wanted because I will no longer be there. Of course they shipped it there. I asked them to send a shipping label to the address to be shipped to my home but they refuse. So I paid for two pairs of glasses and I still don't have even one. This is not a real company....

Didnt like there time that it took to make the glasses, and also glasses were not the way it looked on the site, and they said its the size you picked, nothing we can do about it, that wast they said when i called.

They made many many mistakes and made it difficult to correct them.

This is the second time that the picture wasn't the same as the glasses recieved . The last time it took a month and a half to get a refund which didn't cover the shipping. Also one pair was broken when we opened the package.

I emailed customer service twice, and I only received a response once. The one response I did receive was a little over a week after I sent the email. The response was of no help whatsoever. I was just told to call customer service rather than email. Why would the company provide an email address if they only want to be contacted by phone? I unfortunately did place an order. In a live chat conversation, I was told that shipping internationally will only take 10 days. I placed my order on June 23 and it's July 15 today. I still haven't received my order. I paid $29.00 in shipping because I was told I would receive my order in 10 days. If I don't receive my order at all, i'll be contacting my credit card company. There are A LOT of online store that sell glasses at great prices - AVOID this one.
