I got an interview in less than a week!
I finally received an appt for my interview. It has been a year since I was conditionally approved, but I was never able to find and keep up with a date. I signed up for alerts less than a week ago, and I have an appt tomorrow. The alerts come through continuously, even on the weekend. The steps to book or reschedule the interview are a bit much and somewhat confusing, but doable. I would recommend that the site send reminder texts or emails once the interview is scheduled. Update: There is street parking outside the Chicago field office on Canal. My interview took five minutes. I received an email on the same day that I interviewed, saying that I was approved with my TTP number! Yay me!

Ridiculous to charge for a service I couldn’t just checked everyday. I will not recommend to anyone. Waste of money

My global entry application was Easy and Fast!…
My global entry application was processed in on day. I scheduled an interview with the airport in my city the following day. I used the Global Entry alerts that notified me of cancellations. The process was easy and fast. The staff at DFW global entry was extremely helpful and friendly.

Global Alerts Made It So Easy to Get an Appointment!
It was really hard to find an appointment for Global Entry online. Receiving the alerts made it really easy. My husband and I were not able to book our appointments on the same day, but with the alerts, I kept an eye out for another appointment which coordinated with one of our dates. This morning an appointment popped up and my husband was able to reschedule his appointment for the same day as mine.

Worth It!!
This was SO worth the price!! The website showed absolutely NO appointments thru end of 2025. I signed up the alerts and got notified within 4 days of openings!!

After 7 months waiting and 5 days…
After 7 months waiting and 5 days before my trip I finally got my conditional approval. They actually found me an appointment that opened up within 2 days!
