Doesn’t alert often enough
Doesn’t alert often enough. I decided to login and look and there were free slots on earlier appointment times. You’re better off just checking periodically early in the morning & late at night.

Virtually impossible to get an appointment at my local airport. Had to drive 6 hours to get this done. Information online is confusing.

I somehow ended my subscription after only a day or two. I did not make an appointment for an interview and wish to reinstate my subscription, but couldn’t find out how to do it.Your website says to “contact us for questions“ there is no way to contact. No phone number no website or email that I could find. Please help me reinstate my subscription to set up an interview.

Sorry to hear about that. All you need to do is reply "start" to the last text message you received to resume the alerts

This was ridiculous and I had to pay for this even though I also had to get in touch with the local person who then would put me on an email list to send me the times when I could go and register to go to the facility. I'm aggravated that I had to pay for this service and it did not even help me because when I tried to use it without having a specific code from the person at the on-site venue, I could not have access to even trying to get an appointment. I feel like this was a money grab.

I went on line and there were multiple appointments available. I didn’t get any alerts. I called the Globel center made an appointment and finished the interview the same day. What a waste of my $25 for signing up for alerts. I want a refund!!!!
