Charlotte is almost impossible to schedule for Global Entry. It is a very busy location without sufficient staffing to accommodate the demand. Their site provides info showing that the interviews are filled to a date somewhere approx. 30 days in the future but it does not allow you to schedule interviews beyond those dates. Global Entry Alerts does in fact communicate when a filled spot is cancelled. They communicate regularly when a time opens through text alert. The downside is that they do not provide sufficient info for the average computer user to execute. They do not provide a human or AI resource to give support so it was difficult and took numerous tries to learn through trial and error.

They say it was a bug and refunded immediately, but the only "alerts" I got were for 5 or 6 consecutive slots during times during or AFTER the one I initially scheduled. In other words, I'd get pinged, get excited, and then see new openings to "act fast" on for the same date or after my exististing appointment 6 weeks away.

Scheduling protocol is very confusing. > Site should allow scheduling and binding a date and time at the specified site well in advance of the appointment

Need to explain costs better

It was pretty difficult to nabbing an appointment. It was frustrating to click on the global entry text but having to re-log in back into the site was frustrating and immediately resulted in losing the available opening. There needs to be a quicker way on the phone or website options.

Prior to finding the link to allow for text messages and after calling the site for advice on how to get an interview, I found the process very cumbersome. My appointment is still three months away and I would not have know how far out to request an appointment based on the selections on the website.

Still trying to get an appointment. It is like looking for a needle in a haystack.
