Took six weeks to receive order
Took six weeks to receive order. Kept saying documents created for shipping but took long time to next step. Supposedly had issue with FedEx account and order was returned and then shipped by UPS to the FedEx depot. Then had to go pick it up.
Global cycling is saying FedEx couldn’t deliver to my home address yet they are in my neighborhood everyday. I contacted Fedex three times and they said the issue was with Global Cycling account. I can imagine what that’s about.

Presents itself as a UK company, but doesn’t give any address or phone number. It took over a month to ship and claims shipping rules according to the EU don’t apply. I would strongly suggest avoiding this company!

We provided full tracking information and details of the carrier right from the early stages of your order via email. Please kindly check our previous email correspondence for the tracking link and carrier details.
We always respect and comply with the laws of the countries we operate in. However, the EU return and delivery rules you referenced typically apply once the package has been delivered. In this case, the package has been held awaiting your acceptance for delivery, which has prevented us from proceeding with any further steps or support options.
Both our carrier and our team made multiple attempts to contact you to arrange successful delivery, but unfortunately we did not receive any response from you.
