A Huge Shoutout to Winnie and Homary’s Customer Service
My whole experience with customer service for my original chair order has been so seamless. I want to thank Winnie for being so kind and personable in her response to my email where I stated a refund would be my best option for the given moment. It is because of such excellent customer service, like Winnie has provided, that brings customers back. I also appreciate that the chair wasn’t in top tier condition, so instead of still shipping it to me, Homary pulled it from the catalogue entirely. That shows great care in Homary’s products and consideration for their customers. Thank you so much.

Decent communication but..
Decent communication but.. I made a 5 year warranty claim and received a 50% refund instead of a replacement product (which was no longer available). I would have preferred a free replacement of a comparable product which would have motivated me to continue new business with the company.
