The team were so helpful, the best customer service I have had anywhere in a while! Shelving looks great too.

I placed an order first week of April for an item with a delivery time of 9 weeks. Around the 7th week, I called for an update and they mentioned that the item was not even produced so I should wait for another 6 weeks to get the item. After that, and again, I called them during the due week and they delay the item another 5 week, which means a total of 20 weeks!!!!! I have finally today receive the item, AND IT IS COMPLETELY BROKEN INTO THOUSAND PIECES. I managed to contact them by email and even seeing pictures with the item broken in pieces, they refuse to to arrange collection and refund of the item. Trying to contact them in a daily basis and no one gets back to me, and the customer service line seems no to work anymore! Seriously, to all potential buyers, STAY AWAY FROM THEM, QUALITY IS AWFUL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEN WORST!!!

Do not order from Homary. The ship most of their stuff from overseas and when something doesn't work out they try and negotiate a lower price to keep the item instead of returning it. I bought one item from them and they sent me the wrong cover plate for a tub faucet and then couldn't find me the right one even though I already installed the tub faucet and tiled over it. They said the valve was installed too deep, but you couldn't have installed it any less shallow or it would be in front of the backer board. they make zero sense when trying to explain things as well. I've given them many options to try and "help" me, but they simply don't know how. They're too stupid to understand the issue. save your money and time and just pay a little more and not deal with the hassle.

300 eur of disappointment. I bought 60" Modern Arc Floor Lamp With Shelf In Gold With Glass Shade & Marble Base My order Number:GLOBALD21052404W4CR My ordered arrived this morning totally broken. Lamp shade shuttered into pieces and cut my hand. Marble is scratched and broken from the size, table is damaged on the side.. packaging was so poor and whole experience is poor.. I'm very disappointed...don't recommend it.. *I am happy to change my review if they dealt with the matter immediately
