I got Excellent customer service
The customer service department were brilliant. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong item and thought this is going to be an absolute nightmare to exchange. However it was the complete opposite when I called I spoke with an agent called Winnie he was so helpful, polite and professional he got my order sorted without any fuss or problem. On the customer service side I have to give 5* as the ordering experience with Homary was excellent. Ps I'm only hoping when my item comes it's just as good.
