I’m really impressed with the Botslab security cameras. I’ve got the doorbell and two W510s up, and they are a huge step up from my previous Ring cameras and doorbell. The doorbell’s VR fisheye lens is a game-changer. The digital panning (up, down, left and right), in the app, is super-fast, letting you look around the area in a split second. The W510 cameras provide that extra 4K detail I was missing before. Downloaded files are in 4K too. Even though their physical pan is a bit slower than the doorbell's digital move, they’re perfect for tracking and setting up specific zones. I feel much safer knowing any incidents, missed with my old gear, won't go uncaptured this time!

I was at a point of doing a return pf thr DsshCam. But the service rep " Yana " being very nice and helpful prevented a unsatisfied customer snd return.Thank you so much Yana! Now for the product. I dont see the purpose of having a live feature on the Cam , When it only works within 5 feet of the Cam and one must view many files to see if anyone was lurking around the car. I had to hardwire mmy DashCam. So, from a security perspective Im not satisfied for more reason than one. I do feel its excellent for driving I give a score of 4.5 that's it. Break in and theft I give a score of 2. I would have return the product perhaps if I didnt hardwire it..I spent 2hrs searching through video short video clips. So, Yana's customer service was the best of all. Oh! the quality of the DashCam is a perfect 5

Installation and connecting is easy and when I was involved in a car accident the dashcam had all the footage I needed for evidence to ensure that I was not at fault.

The Ease of set up is very good,the app interface is really easy to use,and my Doorbell camera detected 2 criminals trying to steal from my Garage,the Police viewed the crystal clear footage and were able to arrest and prosecute them.Thank you Botslab

I love how clear the clear view, the quality, the appearance and this system is so intelligent ... I'm sticking with Botslab...
