Well we’re pretty happy with the results, the installation process was very simple I had no issues with the app, playback it’s fair, could be smoother but for the porpoise we bought it for is more than adequate, I’m studying the idea of buying other items from the same company.

This is a good cam for indoor units or outdoor. The quality of the picture is good. The only issue I have is sometimes it doesn’t pick up motion when someone is there. I haven’t figured out why. The battery is fully charged and it is set to detect motion. But that is few and far between. I just hope it doesn’t fail when it is really needed. The fisheye option is nice for extended range. Sound quality is acceptable.

Works brilliantly, great AI features

Great image from my Botslab doorbell camera R811. If I found any fault it is the lack of "privacy zones" in the camera range.

It works well but I am not tech savory and had a problem getting it setup

It would be 5 stars but the only significant problem is that the door unit must be within about ten meters from the chime/control unit. So if your kitchen is more than 10 m away but you need to have the chime there for when you are cooking with the doors closed, then you won't hear anyone at the door. Also on the rare occasion when you need to restart the unit then it's quite annoying to have to remove the unit from the door to get to the back of it to reset. Also often a delay between someone pressing the bell and getting a notification on your mobile. Ring doorbell was a little better from those points, but it was a ripoff / expensive to replace either the chime or the front cover of the Ring doorbell, that's one of the reasons for changing to this. The view from this botslab unit is much better than Ring.

I have an outdoor camera and a 360 S50 robot vacuum cleaner. Both are excellent devices, from the quality of the materials, to the intuitive interface, but above all, what has amazed me is the after-sales support service, something I've seen from very few sellers in the world. Keep it up!!!
