Ordered a carnigan in beginning of October and still have not received the item yet. Contacted customer service nobody get back to me. I email and they say they are working on it.

Placed an order and after7 days no shipping confirmation I emailed, email came back rejected, emailed from my very first email that I received when I ordered and they answered since we are having huge sale it will be 10 to 14 days, it's now been 21 days they refuse to answer my emails, will not cancel my order but kept my money no refund no product no communication and now they have removed me from their app and I can't see my order any longer. A bunch of thieves please don't spend your money here.. BIG RIP OFF

I placed a order and it was canceled. They still have my money. Claim they can't refund. They claim that my bank marked it as fraud. My bank has no idea what they are talking about. Scam

BIG RISK buying from this company. 7.26 I ordered 8 items and they took over 3 weeks to ship after contacting them multiple times, each time pushing the shipping timeline back. Once I finally received my shipment, the package was damaged and 4 of the 8 items were missing. Upon contacting support I received numerous excuses why this was not their responsibility and I had to file the claim with USPS. Excuses: 1. The package was blue, theirs are pink. USPS changed the packaging. In reality, the label was clearly from Shippo with their packing label below, hence their packaging. They responded - "Regardless of the poly mailer, you will still need to file a claim with USPS." 2. I declined shipping insurance. Not true, when you purchase through ShopPAY, one of the payment options they offer, no shipping insurance is offered during the checkout process. I provided screenshots verifying this and received the response: "We offer shipping insurance on every order. You choose to decline coverage." As a small business owner myself I don't take reviews lightly. But felt the need to warn other shoppers. If all goes well, their clothes are fine for the price but if you have any issues their CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND SUPPORT IS NON-EXISTENT.

I placed an order on 7/24/22. Today is 8/15/22 and I just got a response that was more than a generic response.. "they are behind on order processing". When the order was placed the confirmation email said 5-10 days for shipping. Today is day 16, I called many times with no answer and left a message for a callback, but that never happened. I ask if shipping will be refunded since they charged me $33 in shipping and failed to ship in the time frame they have on their website! This company is a joke. Oh, but I was offered a discount on my next order. I can say I will 100% not be ordering from this place again.

I placed a $130.00 order on July 25th and today is August 12th, 2022 and still no clothes. I have emailed twice with no answers back. I have commented on fb post and they get deleted. I can get any response from them at all. I don't know if this is a legit store or what. I feel like I've been scammed.

Placed an order July 21st 2022, its now Aug. 4th 2022, still not a word, not yet filled and sent. Update: got the order on the 11th of August. Horrible clothing. A pair of black boots are missing. And the straw hat is bent and ruined, and the duster thing is way too small and looks like sleepwear, I ordered a size up. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. If yal want that kind of clothing, buy from Shein. Thats where they buy from then jack the price way up. I can get the duster thing from Shein for $6.00 and all the shirts they offer Shein has for pennies on the dollar. Horrible place and crappy customer service and 3 weeks to wait for your order to ship and they are in Texas. And if you notice the reviews on their website are all 3 and 4 stars, they choose what the customers can see. not fair.

I just received my order about a week ago and I absolutely love the jeans I got. I usually order my jeans from American Eagle but I honestly think these are better quality and fit me better. They shipped in a timely manner and I would definitely order from them again. As a matter of fact I have. I can’t wait to get my other things. The only complaint I have is they seem to sell out of the things I like really quickly. I love their dresses and every one I tried to buy was already sold out.. so now I look everyday to see if they have something new, but overall I’ve had a great experience.
