I ordered 11 Dec 2024, credit card paid out on 12 Dec. Like other reviewers, I only received one email acknowledging that I was registered to their website but no mention of the orders I had made. I was fortunate that I called the customer service line and received order numbers and eventually shipping info. Also, learned that order was coming from China and shipped through USPS once clearing customs in states. Wished I had checked into company little more. I finally received part of the ordered today 15 January 2025. I also never received any emails with any information about the orders. I called Customer Services number 4 to 5 times and 4 out of the 5 representatives were helpful. The last representative was the best. Best time to call is as soon as they open 0900 EST. I’m on EST.

UPDATE: Finally received the order... and it was incorrect. I have contacted them multiple times in the past 3 weeks with ZERO response. Make us wait as long as we did and then send incorrect items?! I just want the items I ordered and paid for. This company is ridiculous. Guess it's time to move on to the Better Business Bureau. Extremely disappointing. Basically stealing money from their customers. Orders are placed and no updates or communication for a MONTH?!?! My order was placed 9/29, it is now 10/23 with still no word on when to expect our items. After i emailed them for a status update, i recieved an email only saying they were 'catching up' from the sale. 4 weeks to 'catch up'?! That's absurd. We would order from China if we wanted terrible service and turnaround times.Their stuff is generally good quality, and I had my eye on some other stuff, but the customer service and shipping times now supersede the quality. I do not recommend ordering from this shop unless you don't want the items for months. Good luck to anyone who chooses to do business with them. I hope you have a better experience than I did both times I've ordered with them.
