Wife had credit card accessed twice without making a purchase from this company…

I ordered 11 Dec 2024, credit card paid out on 12 Dec. Like other reviewers, I only received one email acknowledging that I was registered to their website but no mention of the orders I had made. I was fortunate that I called the customer service line and received order numbers and eventually shipping info. Also, learned that order was coming from China and shipped through USPS once clearing customs in states. Wished I had checked into company little more. I finally received part of the ordered today 15 January 2025. I also never received any emails with any information about the orders. I called Customer Services number 4 to 5 times and 4 out of the 5 representatives were helpful. The last representative was the best. Best time to call is as soon as they open 0900 EST. I’m on EST.

I wish I had of known this company rep was so bad. I ordered almost a month ago. They don't respond to emails but took the money out of my account.

Wow!! All I can say is, I wish I had read the reviews before I made a purchase. I placed an order. I have yet to receive any type of confirmation, other than the money was taken out of my account. So I do not know if the item has been shipped. I have not received any shipping information, no tracking!! info. The money has been taken out of my account, and absolutely no form of communication from Glitzy Girlz, not an invoice nothing.

I order in October I still haven't received a package i I never received a confirmation email nothing at all I was supposed to have two bottles for 10 dollars SMH Ii would like for you to return My money or give me the product that I ordered

Do not order anything from this company they will continue to charge your card without your knowledge. FRAUD!!!!!

I ordered my product on November 10.....have yet to receive my product or receive a response through email....or even a tracking number!! Today the monthly subscription came out of my account but I have my bank blocking the transaction. Thank you for screwing thousands of us over!

Made a purchase 10/6/23 still haven’t received the package and I have sent 5 emails to customer service with zero response. They claim to be a multi million dollar business I guess that’s how they make their money you pay them and you never receive your product!
