My very first cruiser bike
I've always wanted a cruiser bike so this was the perfect purchase. I did a lot of research beforehand and knew exactly what I wanted. This bike offers comfort, style, functionality, and easy assembly. The cream color is gorgeous and I loved the customization aspect upon purchasing it. I chose to include a light attachment which really makes this bike standout from your standard cruiser. I am in love with my new bike and very happy with my purchase.

Glercbikes customer service was phenomenal
Glercbikes customer service was phenomenal! Somehow the SHOP app hijacked my purchase and overrode my shipping instructions and had the bike going to an address we no longer lived at. Glercbikes customer service representatives were very patient with my many emails and panicked calls. They were able to intercept the delivery and get the bike to the correct address in a timely manner. Customer Service representatives were prompt in responding to my emails with answers to all my questions and assurance that they were doing all they could to ensure the bike would be delivered to the correct address. They did all of this (rerouting the delivery and taking time to ease my mind and answer my questions) with no extra cost to me. I cannot thank them enough for all their hard work on my behalf.

Glerc Sasha 10” is definitely a ‘10’
Your selection of toddler bikes was quite impressive. Selecting a bike with everything included (the basket, the bell, the training wheels) made it so much easier. Shipping was as expected, and the bike was “pre-assembled” in the box. *Please consider a list of parts in the assembly instructions.* The bike was delivered with a missing strap to the doll carrier, and a broken reflector. Customer service was responsive and effective. Replaced/missing parts were processed quickly. I feel very good about purchasing this bike from Glerc. It is quite adorable and very well made. My granddaughter is giddy about her bike. I am, for the moment, the best person on the planet.

The bike was exactly what we expected
The bike was exactly what we expected. It’s a bit heavier than our daughter’s previous bike, which took her some getting used to, but she loves it.
