The bike cane later than promoted so my granddaughter did not have her birthday present at her party. The pedals are hard to push for a 4 year old but to be fair maybe it needs a bike professional to put together

According to our Standard Shipping timeframe of 5–9 business days shown on our website, this delivery was completed within the expected range. For special occasions such as birthdays, we generally recommend placing orders a few days in advance to allow sufficient delivery time. Regarding assembly, our bicycles are approximately 85% pre-assembled. This is designed to reduce the risk of damage, scratches, or misalignment during transportation. A final basic assembly is required upon receipt. As for the pedaling issue, our customer service team has already reached out to you directly via email with assistance.
