The customer service at Gleefull is absolutely amazing. I have been using the Over 30 Hormone Support supplement for quite awhile now. I have experienced improvements to several symptoms of perimenopause/menopause. As I completed my auto order for the O30, I received a message from customer service checking in, and I am so happy I did! Josy asked all the right questions and really listened to my symptoms and needs. I learned so much about hormones and why the symptoms can be so stubborn to relieve. She took the time to help find products that address each lingering symptom I had, chose products that work well taken together, and also explain how each product worked to help my understanding and expectations. I felt heard, understood, and educated more in that conversation than with my primary physician. This company is a complete scam. Their website promises a 180 day refund policy no questions asked which they do not deliver on. When I initially contacted them about a refund for one product I bought once I had finished it and it didn't work it took me several emails to reach them. They gave me a refund on that product and assured me that if the second product did not work I would get a refund on that too. It did not work. I have now sent them multiple emails to get the rest of my refund which they are ignoring, waiting I think for the 180 days to time out which it has not. Do not be fooled - the products do not work and even though I have a guarantee of a refund in writing from the company they are still not delivering on it. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

I tried the over 30 supplement and did not see any changes other than a small reduction in hot flashes at night. When I asked questions about why it wasn't working for me, they steered me in the direction of more supplements and seemed more concerned with the fact that if I changed supplements, then the money back guarantee would be void. I wanted actual help with finding their products that would work for me. The answers seemed like AI responses, even though they assured me they weren't. I added the meno shred and no changes or benefits with that one either. I took the supplements for 6 months with no weight loss and definitely not a gleeful attitude. Didn't work for me. Also, it messed with my periods- making them pop up whenever they wanted- when I used to be very regular. After stopping the supplement, I didn't have a period for 2 months. When I asked customer service about why my periods would be changing so much, I did not receive any feedback from them.

I’ve been taking this product for probably close to eight months. I’ve never lost any weight. I think it has helped a bit with the hot flashes and other menopausal problems, but I wanted help with losing weight and then when I reached out to the company, they said that taking three capsules or more was best to lose weight which was not what they advertised and I wasn’t willing to pay more money this is deceiving because it tells you when you get it you only need to take two capsules so that was very disappointing. I think I’m gonna cancel my order. I don’t think it does enough for the money I’m spending.

My experience with this company has been amazing. I've never had a problem with there products and have used the over 30 support hormone support and the meno-shed fat burner and both are great for anyone pre-menopause like me. Im 42. I honestly get the 3 month supply and works great. I also had a hard time this last delivery order with my post office as I live in a rural area and my post office never left a slip for me to pick it up due to none delivery. They finally sent my package back to gleeful and I contacted gleefulls customer service office. Oh my god, they are great. I asked them to resend it once they recieved it, which my USPS sent back yesterday, and Gleefull already resent my package back to me the next day plus used UPS instead of the USPS. I was so surprised how fast they sent it back and they hadn't received it yet plus I suggested using a different delivery service. Their customer service is amazing and so is their products. I highly recommend them.

This has been a game changer for me. I was either having night sweats and if I wasn't having night sweats I was waking up between 2 and 3 in the morning. These supplements have reduced my symptoms drastically. My hair is not coming out as much and growing back thicker. I am not sure if its contributing to my weight loss as once I started taking them and feeling better and rested I started working out again.
