Update- Changed from 1 star to 4 stars. Received a full refund and have been advised I do not have to return the unused products. After 10 emails back and forth with the company this is appreciated. However all this hassle could have been avoided if they paid for return shipping as most companies do with a money back guarantee. I will still be ordering the original product I have been using for over a year that I know works. ……………………………………………………………… I started with the Over 30 Hormone Support for menopause symptoms. This product really worked for me for about a year or so then I noticed some symptoms coming back. I decided to order the Over 30 Support Plus which is apprx. $274.00 CAD for 3 bottles with the subscription to see if that would help. After using the first bottle up I decided to return the product after noticing no changes. I was planning to restart the Over 30 again to see if having a break from it made a difference. I contacted the company to request a refund. I was offered 5 bottles of Over 30 and told I could keep the Over 30 Plus. Since the Over 30 Plus does not work I do not plan to keep taking it and have no need for it. The 5 bottles of Over 30 is way cheaper than the 3 bottles of Over 30 plus so I said no as I not in the practice of giving my hard earned money away. Then I was told I could keep the bottles and get a 60% refund! Once again I said no why would I do that if the product is not working for me. I want a full refund as advertised. It is stated customers have to pay for the return. I went to Canada Post yesterday to return the product and was informed I have to fill out forms online to ship to the States and pay duties and taxes in addition to shipping charges. I downloaded the app to fill out the firms and the questions are ridiculous such an manufacturing processes etc. I just reached out to them to see if they have a Canadian address to ship returns back to since they are advertised as a Canadian owned company but have been informed no they do not. They have offered to help with the return process. We will see. Oh wait they just sent me an email saying how sorry they are I have to fill out forms, pay duties etc. then sent their address again. Great help thanks so much. This is my last time ordering from this company.
