I’m 49 and have been taking Over 30…
I’m 49 and have been taking Over 30 Hormone Support for a few months now. I have to say it not only helps with preventing hot flashes, but my energy levels have greatly increased and my bloating has decreased significantly. I always had trouble trying to stay awake on my drive home from work but since starting this product I never have to worry about falling asleep at the wheel anymore. Highly recommend to anyone with menopausal symptoms!

I was experiencing horrible night…
I was experiencing horrible night sweats in mood swings. I love the natural ingredients, I scheduled an appointment with my PCP, looking for something to help me with my menopause symptoms, and showed her the bottle of this product, she read the ingredients and said to continue taking it. She appreciated the natural, clean ingredients and even said she will consider recommending this to her patients. I told her how I had been struggling with night sweats, waking up in the middle of the night, soaking wet, and how this has helped me. I also mentioned how it has also helped me feel calmer and relaxed, I usually don’t give reviews, but this time I knew I had to, because I can only imagine what women are going through during menopause, and not knowing that there is a wonderful, natural product, they can count on.

Do yourself a favor
Total game changer. Gleefull does exactly what it promises. I’ve wasted hundreds of $$ over the years on tablets and tinctures that did nothing but give false hope. In just a week my mind is clearer and my waistline has already shrunk a bit. I highly recommend.

The "Just Right" Hormone Solution
Hi, I'm 64, been in Menopause for 14 years plus a thyroidectomy in 2010. I eat right, exercise and try to keep a positive attitude. I took Over 30 Hormone Support for 6 months and just purchased another 6 month supply as I had run out a few weeks ago. And just like that, hot flashes, disrupted sleep and stress returned. I had tried HRT about 5 years ago and found it to be too intense for my body. Over 30 Hormone Support seems to gently work with my body and I hope it does for you, too.

Finally feeling relief!!
I am honestly so happy after taking this product I’m 53 years and going through Menopause and was looking for relief from menopause symptoms , after taking Hormone Support during the first week my hot flashes were starting to decrease and sleep was better - which was great! Also I have noticed that my tummy is feeling less bloated, I do work out 3-4 times a week and always had a flat stomach so noticing my stomach sticking out or that bloated feeling was uncomfortable for me! Honestly taking these supplements has made a difference in my hot flashes as I feel like I’m getting one then it just goes away, love it!!! I’m definitely feeling lighter and happier it’s only been 3 weeks so looking forward to the next few weeks!
