The glasses I ordered AND received were perfect. It's always a risk ordering online, but the glasses had everything I paid for. The thinning, blue light protection, and progressive lenses are all there and are all great quality!

Absolutely awful service. I ordered my glasses 10/12, waited the processing period then the shipping period only to have my package lost in transit. The store Rep guaranteed me USPS was updating incorrectly and that my package was for certain to arrive that day. The package is stuck in a distribution center in IL of all places.... I was offered a refund or to have the order remade, I had it remade they again said the order would process on the 19th due to their error. It did not process till that following Monday. Thoroughly dissatisfied with this service and would recommend going anywhere else. Save yourself any hassle as I should have.

You sent me magnifying glasses with a plus prescription and not carved... These are just blank magnifying glasses and you will not give me a refund. I now have correct classes based on the exact same prescription, and they are perfect. The doctor there said these are worthless, but of course I knew that. This is a bait and switch where they will not refund your money, but they can give you a credit for more worthlessness. Edit: They have replied below. Please note that I had reached out four times and received the same answer every time. Now that I've placed this, they seem to be paying attention so they can call me and tell me they have refunded my money.

Love, Love, Love my new glasses. They are stylish and fun and the prescription is spot on. My only regret is not getting the darkest tint as the medium is not dark enough and they dont stay dark in the car so still have to have other sunglasses. Lesson learned.
