After just going to my eye doctor to get my prescription up to date, they did not update my prescription on the paper they gave me. Well I had just ordered a pair of glasses from glassesshop.com. Once I explained what happened, they were wonderful and sent me a new pair with my updated prescription with only paying for shipping costs. I love the glasses and the frames are adorable!

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses and 1 pair of sunglasses. I am pleased with the shipping time as it didnt take long. I love my glasses they are just how I wanted them and perfect with my vision. Same with sunglasses, I love them! All are super cute & well packaged. I will be ordering more real soon. Prices are great as well. I would recommend them to friends and family.

The frames came just as advertised, and I enjoy the aesthetics of them. My only issue was that I was only able to pick progressive lenses for my high prescription instead of my preferred bifocals. It's taking a while to get used to, but I just haven't been able to get the hang of reading text with them over the past five days I've been able to use them. I hope that will acclimatize with time, but the literal headaches I get from using them when readings just aren't fun. I needed to use my old bifocals to write this review.

Outstanding service and prices, just need customer service training in follow ups with concerns other than that my daughter was right in recommended to me for prices and service

I made a mistake when I ordered and had to email with customer service and they were amazing. My son and I love our glasses. Light weight even w/ my terrible script. I highly recommend them.

I was hopeful I about this place, but the glasses I received were a very poor quality. The metal of the frames was incredibly flimsy and came to me bent. Something about the prescription must be wrong as when I tried to were the glasses they made me dizzy. I will end up having to go elsewhere and pay even more money for another pair of new glasses.
