My experience was easy with no issues. I picked my glasses, scanned my prescription, and picked out my lenses. I then received them 2 weeks later, and I was impressed. Nice quality eyeglasses for a great price. I will never get glasses at my eye doctor again. My eye doctor’s office wanted me to pay $250 for just lenses, not frames because I already had frames. I could buy 10 frames from the glasses shop for that. So glad I looked online!

It's was a great experience. There is a wide variety of glasses to choose from and a lot of offers to make the glasses affordable. But the quality of the glasses are cheaply made one of the glasses I can't wear at all because they are to tight and the other is a lil to loose the second pair though feels like they could just break. The vision also isn't as clear as the pair from an in person doctors office although I match my subscription to the T. I'm sure it's because in person they do all the measurements to make sure the perception is in perfect alignment with my face. But that's what you get for convenience.

I bought progressive glasses and sunglasses to match. I love them! They are great quality at a low price. Shipping took about 2 weeks. I will order again!

This is my first and last time ordering from this company. I input my prescription assuming that since I ordered my reading glasses, they would pull that from the prescription and make them accordingly. When I received the glasses they were my distance prescription. It took longer than any company that I had used before, and turns out to be the wrong prescription. I contacted them and they ask me to send a copy of my prescription. I sent it and they blamed me for inputting the wrong numbers. As if I am some expert who knows which numbers distinguished the Reading Prescription from the Distance prescription. this is what their email said. "You need to convert a multi-focal prescription for single vision reading glasses, simply combine the Add number and the Spherical number.Consequently, the Add will then become zero, the default. The correction for the astigmatism will not change, so the cylinder and axis will remain the same, regardless of the change in focal distance. Narrow the PD by 3mm." I am not a optometrist how in the world would that average person know this. They offer a replacement if I sent the first pair back. plus pay for shipping again. if I did not want new glasses then I could get a 100% store credit. These people make me feel stupid the expect me to trust them with another pair of glasses. I wanted a refund and I am not getting that so I am keeping the distance glasses. And I hope the next person will not be treated like a normal person should know the nuances of reading a glasses prescription!!! I order my readers from EyeBuyDirect!!! Glasses Shop will never get repeat from this lady.
