Glassesshop is Awesome! I ordered a pair of glasses and didn’t realize to pay attention to the size and they were way too big for my face. They were so kind a d sent me a different pair no problems! I recommend Glassesshop for anyone who is looking for a new pair of glasses. Fair prices and fantastic customer service!

Hi I will be a repeat my next pair of awesome light weight titanium frame and progressive lenses! I HIGHLY recommend purchasing from Glasses Shop! BTW This is my first referral for this online site ordering security and turn around time was less than a week.

The customer service agent on the phone was rude and not helpful at all. When I tried to chat with an agent the wait times were around one hour. They don’t make a return/refund process easy at all. I won’t be shopping here again.

First time ever ordering glasses online, and i was a bit nervous but for the price I thought what the heck and I'm GLAD I did. My first pair are SUPER cute! Fit comfortably and I can see perfect. I was sooooo pleased I ordered another pair AND prescription sunglasses:)

I recently placed a order for two pairs of glasses that was buy one get one free , Good Quality. For that order was free shipping as well, the glasses took about two weeks to deliver so if you want your glasses faster I would recommend paid faster shipping/delivery. When i received my glasses I loved one pair (Joni) and another just didn't fit my face right (Pasadena) so I contacted help via profile messenger help chat. (That was faster reply rather than email& phone) They offered me another pair (Platteville) with same prescription and addons....., I just paid shipping. Will shop again because i need some sunglasses :)
