I ordered 2 pairs of glasses, they both fit amazingly! However, the lens were a bit of an issue and I thought my eyes needed time to adjust. Well, a week wearing them I realize I had the prescription processed wrong and my right lens was not right. The customer service here is very outstanding and they are working on getting the situation fixed for my glasses. If I could give them a million stars I would. I will definitely order more pairs from them!

I have now ordered from this company 2 times and won't order again. First time their processing took way over the time it should have (3 weeks) and my glasses finally came with the blue tint I ordered that provide 0 sun protection. The 2nd time processing was fast but when I received my package only was 1 pair of glasses ans of course they were for from mine (women's glasses) when I contacted the company they treated me as I was lying to them but eventually did reprocess my order that took forever to arrive. Will not buy from them again. Glasses are made and shipped from China

Order never arrived. I was told it was probably lost. When I asked what this meant I was told I could either be fully refunded or they would resend my order. They then disconnected the chat and I have not had my order resent or refunded. Takes ages to get an actual response and no real answer when they do. Wouldn't bother.

Fantastic products and service, but shipping costs and hidden taxes are uncomfortable for european customers.

I was able to use my prescription fairly easily, and to figure out any of the other items concerning the sizes of frame parts. Pretty easy to use site, and the price was great. I would recommend GlassesShop, and actually, already have. Try it.
