GlassesShopReviews of glassesshop.com

I was looking for cute glasses with sparkle and stumbled upon glasses shop and so glad I did, I found what I was looking for, and it was super fast!! And everything was accurate. So good that after that I ordered two more pairs which I also love. Will definitely be a returning customer and telling others about it.

The virtual try on is not very clear as my glasses showed up and were huge like really really huge crazy. The virtual try on needs to have a more user friendly system with clear instructions. Cause I ordered a second pair hoping I did it right the second time and won’t know till they arrive. If they would’ve just had it easier to use I would have glasses already and instead I’m going on a month later still trying to get a pair of glasses.

I bought a pair of glasses and got another pair free (which is what tempted me to buy them in the first place). In total I spent around $70. I just got them about a week ago, and I am so surprised at how good the quality is. They are the exact same prescription as my glasses I got at my eye doctor and look the same as they do on the website. It came with a case and lens cloth for each pair and was shipped to me in about two weeks. I got exactly what I paid for. I will say that customer service is not good at all which is what I saw people complain about the most. You have to confirm your order which they don’t tell you unless you track your order but I knew about that from reading reviews. What I did was contact customer support and told them to confirm my order and then it was processed instantly. If you want to cancel your order, you will still have to pay for the cost of the lenses. And I believe you’re supposed to get free shipping but you still pay it anyways but that wasn’t too big of a deal to me. Customer service takes a while to get back to you even though they give you a time estimate and I believe you don’t get a refund but they give you store credit. I’ve also read that they are very helpful when a shipment is lost or damaged though. Someone did tell me that the frames are only good for about a few years but for the price it seems fair. Would I buy from them again? If they had a sale going on then yes. But I had too much anxiety then buying from them to probably buy again. However the frame styles are much better than the ones I’ve seen on eyebuydirect and zenni. I only bought a single lens so I don’t know how the multi focal or other lenses will be but this was my experience. I do have different prescriptions for my left and right eye. I am nearsighted and my eyesight is very bad but my lenses aren’t thick at all or make my eyes look super big.

I am very happy with the purchase of my sunglasses, they are well done and very beautiful. The only negative thing is that it took 17 days for me to get them. Other than that I love them very much.

I am a return customer. They have fast shipping and the glasses are always perfect upon arrival. I use this site for myself, spouse and son.

Wonderful experience! First time customer! Very nervous and slightly skeptical, but everything turned out wonderful. Ordered 2 pair of prescription glasses. Ordering process very easy, made quickly, shipped quickly. Packages well. Will purchase again.

These glasses are exactly what I needed in my life. These are hands down the cutest I've ever own, came a week earlier anddddddd all under 30$ with the website practically throwing discounts.

It was an awesome experience! They exceeded my expectations! Great quality and fast shipping!
