Fast easy not expensive

The quality of the 2 pairs of glasses I purchased are stellar! The prices are so affordable and took less than 2 weeks to be made and to arrive. I couldn't have asked for better glasses than what I recieved

My order arrived much quicker than I anticipated, so that was a pleasant surprise. The frames seem sturdy, and the lenses appear to be good quality. Unfortunately, the sizing measures slightly smaller than the dimensions given on the website, so I will be returning them. Other than the sizing issue I was pleased with my first experience, so I have placed another order for a slightly larger pair. I'm hoping for a better fit the second time around.

Update 9/12: Just received the replacement glasses and I've updated the review to reflect glassesshop reaching out after my initial review, working to resolve and reconcile the differences and issues. Update 08/18: A rep from Glassesshop reached out to me to offer to resolve this situation by replacing as a one time courtesy. The representatives have been courteous and prompt in email. Will updates of my experience once I receive the replacements - for now upgraded to 3 star. Original Post: I've been a long time repeat customer of glassesshop - started ordering since 2016 and spent hundreds of dollars. The quality of the glasses and frames have always exceeded my expectations and the pricing has always been reasonable. Unfortunately the issues started with a recent order I had, one of the two tinted sunglasses coating got all distorted and wavy which results in blurry vision. I reached out to their customer service and they said that it sounded like heat damaged the lens...and they would offer to remake the glasses at half the cost plus the shipping fee. I didn't take them up on the offer at the time as I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the product given I've purchased similar tinted sunglasses with no issues in the past. My second tinted sunglasses would suddenly exhibit the same issue with the coating being distorted and wavy - literally unusable. This time I had ensured that these pair of glasses were taken care of. I reached out given 2 out of 2 glasses exhibiting the same issue, and their customer service response was unhelpful, citing expired warranty period and citing the previous offer to remake the first pair of glasses. Not sure what happened, if their manufacturing process changed or due to the pandemic their product quality was adjusted but I plan to not shop at this site anymore due this experience I had with them.

Order didn’t take too long. Inexpensive good quality glasses.
