I would give 10 stars if I could. I have been a loyal customer for several years I am always referring them to my friends. I reached out to customer service asking if I could have my computer glasses made without the reader at the bottom, they took my prescription from my file and a week later I have awesome new glasses. My glasses were made quickly and even though the frame was only ninety nine cents, it is actually a quality frame. The lenses are exactly as prescribed. My order was also shipped fast. I will absolutely be ordering from Glasses Shop again

The sunglasses I ordered had a weird gradient to them that I didn't order. Customer support was very helpful in giving me a refund so I could reorder a different style and even let me keep the original pair to donate to someone in need.

I had my heart set on a specific pair of glasses frames and they were not available when I needed them. Fortunately I was notified when they were back in stock and I was able to order them right away. I love the quick turn around time and the proficiency of the website and helpfulness of the staff.
