I ordered and received quickly two pairs of progressive, transition lens glasses. They are exactly what I expected, and the prescription is accurate. I used the BOGO and received two pairs for less than one paid at a typical eye glass store. I have used this company for years now and will continue to do so.

Very nice, high quality glasses at a very good price. Will shop again. I recommend glasses with spring hinges for a better fit and durability.

I purchased a pair of transition xtractive polarized progressives last month. They were made of TR90. Very flexible. I sat on them on the airplane after getting the luggage in the upper compartment. They're fine! The glasses are fine. The customer service and attention to my concerns are fantastic. I uploaded a review with a picture of myself with it. The problem with the picture was that I had my name visible from my college degrees hanging on the wall of my office. They quickly took the picture down for me. You can trust these people. The business is legit and cares about their customers. The product is top rate. One small detail: They say the progressive lenses aren't premium. They're standard. I got concerned. You know what? I couldn't tell the difference between their "standard" lenses and my overpriced Essilor Varilux "comfort". No difference. Well done, Glasses Shop!

They make it so easy and affordable to wear stylish glasses, I absolutely love my glasses!

This company has incredible customer service. I ordered two pairs of glasses from them, and when they arrived and I tried them on, I realized that my lens order was wrong. Two minutes reviewing my order and I realized I had made the mistake. I read the return policy and it was incredible. After a chat with one of their service agents, Hailey fixed the problem, and reordered the same pairs again - with the corrected prescription. Honestly, this was one of the best customer experiences I've had with a company. They have a customer for life, and I will ensure that everyone close to me uses the company for future eyeglass orders. A+++

The Glasses Shop offers a great variety of frames and good prices. They processed and shipped my glasses quickly. The fit, style and clarity are perfect. Note I ordered my first pair of transitions lenses ever and if you order polarized they do not go clear. They worked with me and gave me credit points for future orders. They were helpful throughout the resolution and easy to get on the phone! I spoke with a live person.😀

The company had my prescription from my last purchase. Non of that data was retained so I re entered the prescription and made an error. Rather than checking they made the prescription with an error and the said they could only offer instore credits or remake the glasses and charge me. They said, sorry your fault and walked away. Frames were returned but the refund was de minimus and the customer service people were awful. Never again eyeglasses.

I ordered glasses and entered the prescription wrong so the glass came in incorrectly. That I own. They don't answer the customer service line and just put you to voice-mail with no comment . That needs improved. The best way to communicate is via their website and not the ways they tell you when you ship your glasses.
