Excellent Service in General, Great prices and very fast delivery also!

Having a very difficult time being in touch with customer service for an exchange. Called 5 times, on hold for 15 minutes each time, then leave a message (they say they'll call you back) and have yet to receive a callback. Live chats aren't live. Emails responses are auto-generated. Glasses are great, however not being able to speak with a live person is SO frustrating! UPDATE: I received a new pair of sunglasses that are great!!! However, I still believe there should be a way to speak with a live person. IMHO, it would greatly improve the customer service experience. Thank you.

The location of my prescription in my progressive glasses lens is too low. Very inconvenient .

Great first experience with two orders. The first one was only for distance and should of been progressive bifocals. I reached out to ask and they helped me with this issue and re shipped the right ones. Didn't need to return the glasses that where a mistake. Thanks Everyone!
