I bought a pair of glasses that ended up being to small, I contacted to customer service and I got a proper and helpful response. I was expecting to send back the glasses and the glasses case. But they said as a one time offer I could keep them and they would award points to my account because I wanted to get a different set. I have found it so hard to find a online glasses place that gets my prescription right. Even though the glasses were small the prescription was finally perfect!

I made a mistake in my first order. I emailed them and explained what I did wrong. They went out of their way to help me get the correct glasses. I appreciate what they did for me. I've recommended them to my friends. Full five stars!

I love all the styles they have. I had an issue that was caused by me and they worked with me so I could get it corrected and they were so nice about it. This was my second order from them and I will reorder from them again! My sunglasses were very durable and they are always having great sales!

I thought my order would arrive between May 9th and May 18th, they arrived on May 3rd!! I was very happy with that as well as the quality of my order. The glasses fit, my prescription is correct, I absolutely love them. I have a prescription for my readers because one eye is different than the other and the cheap readers just gave me a headache. The glasses I have gotten have all been great quality, I love the hard case that they come in and the cleaning cloth (I keep one in my purse). I can wear them all day (I bought the light weight frames) without getting any uncomfortable. I really like getting the sale information. I recently purchased a pair of sunglasses/readers for summer. They are definitely a nice frame and it came with instructions on how to make adjustments to the frame so that they are comfortable. I will continue to get my glasses from Glasses Shop, they provide a great product and a great value.

I emailed the customer service team to return a pair of glasses I received, and I got a quick and very informative response on how to proceed with my return and exchange. My new pair was in process that same day. Very helpful support staff.

I absolutely love my glasses this my second time ordering this is the only I will get my glasses, plus she can’t beat the prices . They have beautiful frames. I would highly recommend them to anyone, you can’t go wrong choosing the glasses shop.
