After having frames for less than a year, frame broke and lens popped out. I had not wore these eyeglasses often and expected them to hold up better than this. I had to pay for replacement frames when I thought that glasses shop should have replaced them at no charge. I will not order from them again if this is their policy. Also, as a courtesy, I should have been offered free shipping.

I've never had to deal with glasses before until my daughter needed them. The eye dr office had her pick out a pair and it was going to be almost $400.. I was telling someone about it and they told me to just order them online. I found glasseshop.com on google and took a chance. I spent less than $100 and the glasses were here sooner than the doctor's office would have even had them. She's young and kept misplacing them though, so I decided to order a second pair in a different style. Now at this point, still less than half of what the dr's office was going to charge for one pair.. The second pair's frame broke within the first few days of having them, but I reached out and they sent us a replacement frame within a few days. The customer service has been top notch and the glasses are so affordable that you can get a few pairs to match your style for the day.

Received glasses a day early but with the wrong prescription.

Glasses came pretty quick and lenses are great. The frames are nice and light which is nice because my prescription is strong so my lenses are thick. Glasses were inexpensive and exactly what I needed for extra pairs. Thanks!
